Firm Profile
Gonzalez & Garcia is a Florida law firm dedicated to serving
the interests of those who have been injured or wronged by
others. The firm was initially formed by Marcos Gonzalez and
Randall Porcher, childhood friends who grew up in Florida
and graduated from The Florida State College of law and The
University of Florida law school respectively.
During the last 3 years the firm has grown from a two lawyer
firm to a firm consisting of ten lawyers and fifty employees.
The firms growth can be attributed to the firms philosophy
of always putting clients first. We take great pride in the
fact that our number one referral source is our former clients.
All of the attorneys at Gonzalez & Garcia have
extensive experience in handling injury cases. In fact, all
of our attorneys have previously worked representing the interests
of insurance companies.
As a result of this experience, our attorneys know how to
deal with and combat insurance companies. This experience
has resulted in several million dollar verdicts and settlement
for our clients in just about every type of injury cases.
The firm is proud of the fact that it has received an "AV"rating
from the prestigious Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. The
"A" portion of the listing indicates the highest
rating for legal ability. The "V" portion of the

cases on a contingency fee basis and does
not charge any fees unless there is a recovery in your case. The firm is also
active in the Legal Aid Society, providing free legal
services to those without the financial means to obtain such services.
